The 600m², 4,5m high former sewing shop converted into an urbanized mini-office town. Volumes of the building's silhouettes: cabinets, meeting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms designed at the central axis of the room.
Relax zone for guests and staff is formed as courtyards, squares between buildings. The main volume divides the space into two open work areas: the east garden and the west.
Houseplants' array separates work areas into tiny chamber spaces.
The industrial interior stylistics of the space extended: ceiling lamps repeat the fastening elements of the hanging equipment left by the previous company, old floor overused by sewing shop workers have restored, new planks inserted in some places. Mobile electrical cable loops hanging from the ceiling repeat

the workshop's previous equipment connections.
